As cases of the coronavirus disease (also known as COVID-19) continue to be found in the United States, concerns remain high about its risk to public health as well as its potential impact on the production and processing of food, including dairy products. Because of current CDC recommendations about social distancing as well as an abundance of concern for all involved in the dairy supply chain, the FARM Program will immediately institute adjustments to its operations, effective through April 1. Additionally, the FARM strongly recommends that program participants (cooperatives and processors) do the same. Any questions related to these adjustments should be referred to your cooperative or processor contacts.
