FARM Workforce Development Evaluators

Certified Workforce Development evaluators are qualified to conduct FARM Workforce Development Version 1.0 2nd-party evaluations. Evaluators can be full-time, part-time or contractors of one or multiple FARM Workforce Development participant(s).

Please note: FARM does not employ evaluators. Individuals wishing to becoming certified evaluators should first secure employment or a contract with a FARM program participant.

Workforce Development Evaluator Expectations

  • Complete the FARM Workforce Development evaluator training
  • Be familiar with the relevant FARM resources available to farmers, including the HR and Safety Manuals
  • Follow all safety guidelines and employ proper biosecurity protocols as set by the individual farmer
  • Maintain and safeguard confidentiality of the dairy farm’s information
  • Properly communicate evaluation expectations
  • Upload evaluation information into the FARM database
  • Be polite and courteous

Workforce Development evaluator trainings are held virtually.

Workforce Development evaluator training consists of a two-day course and certifying examination held virtually. See the above “Step 1: Apply for Certification” dropdown above for available certification dates.

Evaluator are required to participating in online recertification modules annually.
